Best products and best value
Was offered a 15% discount code to leave a review. Already have two 15% codes, so the offer is worthless to me. But I’m leaving a review anyway, because the products and people at PF&H are amazing. Have been using the PH1500 in hot races for over a year now, and it’s a game changer. Tried the gels at IM WC Nice, and they are now my faves — work as well as Maurten, taste better than Maurten, and half the price of Maurten (if you buy in bulk). Great for consistent energy and salt depletion
Over the years I have suffered with energy depletion and muscle cramps at around the 20 mile mark. Using the sodium based tablets and energy gels correctly has helped me to overcome this problem and achieve new longer distances.

120km ultra event
I used the 90g gels, 30g gels with caffeine and the PH1500 fir a 120km ultra I done and they were absolutely fantastic. I believe they helped massively throughout the race and aided in recovery. Definitely purchasing all three again and using them for MDS in April.

The best electrolyte
In the past I regularly used to have issues with cramping when doing more than 100km on a ride. Your electrolyte completely eliminated this problem and with a taste that makes the fluid still no problem to consume. Well done!

Absolutely love PH products, I've been using the PH1000 and PH1500 tablets after workouts/long runs and they're my favourite hydration products of any brand by far. Would definitely recommend.

Carb and sodium intake opimizer no 1
Pleasant, very mild or completely tasteless gels and drinks. Gels with no sweetness at all. My stomach tolerates very well in hard and long indoor interval training. 100g/75kg carbohydrates per hour without problems. Sodium intake advise really helpfull! Fast delivery to Finland.

An 'older' Triathlete, normally very grumpy😊
I am a triathlete in my twilight years and have tried 35 years worth of nutrition products and these might just be the number one. Shame I am to old and slow to be sponsored as I love the brand colours 😂

A must for hit humid climates
After doing the sweat test as I live in a hot humid climate, it showed me what I needed to do to stop banking in long rides, know everything is better and can't even see salt on my clothes anymore
