PH 1500

I have just started out in the world of triathlon and coming up to my first season, I have tried some other gels and they always upset my stomach and tasted nasty. However seeing a lot of people using PH&F I gave it a go and I absolutely love every part of it from a free race day fuel plan, the taste of the gels and the fact I can now fuel properly without a squiffy stomach and enjoy it is incredible. I will deffo stick with PH&F from here on outt.

Precision helped power me to an absolutely awesome first IronMan at IronMan WA 2025. I had a sweat test prior to the event, Corey was great and I found my electrolytes weren't high enough in sodium to ensure I made it through the day feeling strong. Top notch gels and hydration drink mix - I've used all of the different gels (regular, caffeine, 90g big pouch & Flow Gel, and they've all been excellent throughout a marathon training block and on race day itself. Love the small touches, such as the tops of the gel pouches remaining attached once open, rather than flying off / getting dropped. Consistency, taste, size, performance - all excellent, and no GI issues, which can be a concern when taking on 60-90g fuel per hour.

My favourite gels by far and I’ve tried all of them!! I love how they have 30g of carb but are really small and compact and easy to carry

These are simply the best products that I have ever used. I have been doing Ironman for over 12 years now and used most of the top brands. I recently converted to Precision Hydration as the tick all of the boxes, easy to digest, packed with carbs and electrolytes, and the best thing is that the hydration and energy products have no flavour which means you can simply mix these with your favourite cordial for the perfect taste. Overall these are a great products.
