The fuel works really well with me, keeps me energised for my long rides/runs in prep for my ironman events

Zero gastric distress, great taste, package opens easily. The texture of the gels isn't cloying at all. These were the perfect fuel for my recent half marathon PR, and will be a staple for all training moving forward

I have used the gels for years and still love their taste. Really like how the gel wrapping has a small ‘strap’ so that you don’t drop part of the packaging after opening. The salt tabs in various strengths help me tailor my intake according to the conditions. And I recently started using the flow gel in the soft flask which makes taking in fuel on a ride way easier! Great products and support whenever you need them.

Really difficult for me to get nutrition on board when pushing the bike without feeling sick. The only thing i have found to work is the big 60g bar. Much more convenient than the smaller blocks (which are just as good, but a faff to keep opening on the bike. Much prefer one big block! Sweat testing shows I needed the higher concentration electrolytes and these are just brilliant. Hope they will bring out additional flavours in the future just for some variuety. I've got no complaints. I've been advocating for your products at my local running store since I started using them for my training block. The products are lovely, the people working at the company seem fantastic too. Big fan!
