Great products!
After trying multiple other gels and electrolytes, I have found Precision to be the best. When I started my fuel and hydration journey I thought more flavour would be better to keep things different, but have since learnt that milder flavourings have less impact on your stomach. Both the gels and electrolytes from precision have mild flavour and settle well on my stomach even when I’m 25 miles into an ultra. Would highly recommend!!

Great product and consistency, caffeine gel could work on flavour a bit, a few more discount codes will help whilst training for a marathon!

Quality Fuel for Training and Raceday

After 3 months of using PF&H for my fuelling....
The PF&H team are always super responsive, ship items (incredibly, like how?) quickly and are just a great company to deal with for me.
I'm a daily user of the hydration PH1000 & PH1500 depending on my training. Both the sachets and the dissolvable tablet forms. They tastes nice, they are kind on my stomach and they are doing their job perfectly. My hydration during heat training blocks has never been better and the recovery benefits have been incredible.

Perfect for training and matches
Really happy with the products so far.
I liked the fact I can choose the right one based on my sweat levels rather than just picking one at random. The tablet form is ideal too because I can easily carry them in my bag. Also due to potential random drug testing at my club it’s important for me to have peace of mind that these products are informed sport certified.

Best on the market
I used these to train and compete in a marathon and they are the best products I have found. I struggle with gels normally but I have had no issues with the chews
