Following a recommendation I was very impressed with Precision Hydrations tool to create personalised fuelling plans, it was very easy and also comforting to discover their support for lots of events including the Ironman 70.3 event I need this for. Having tried the taster pack on training rides, the taste and textures of the products are good and the products deliver the numbers I need. Communication is very good and lots of support is offered if needed.

Have been using PH 1500 sachets and tablets whilst training for my first IM 70.3. I've been impressed by how well they seem to work, and the fact that they are relatively pleasant. The race fuelling planner is incredibly useful, and the customer service seems absolutely spot on.

Absolutely love these products, work shift work, and find the gels a lifesaver on my spins! Packaging and shipment are excellent, and I usually receive my products in 2 to 3 working days.

The 1500 electrolytes and the 30g carb gels make a massive difference in fueling for long rides and runs. The gels have a subtle flavor and go down so easily and are gentle on my gut. Couldn't be happier!

Started using PF&H gels, chews, and ph 1500 tablets following my first attempt of the Fred Whitton Challenge where suffered badly from cramps. The lemon and mint chews are my favourite and more broadly I haven’t had any issues with digesting 90-100g of carbs from the gels and chews. The ph 1500 staved off my cramps really well and with the fuel products saw me take an hour off my time at eye Fred on second attempt. Thoroughly recommend giving a try!

Great products. I need a strong electrolyte to help replace lost salt and the PF1500 is brilliant to help with this. I'm still learning how to use the products to provide the best results for me but they are really helping to avoid cramp and subsequent injuries. I've recently started using the gels as well which were great.
