PH 1500

I mixed 225g of Flow Gel and two PH 1500 tablets in a 750ml bottle, topping it off with water. It might have been way too concentrated because it was honestly very difficult to get down during my session. It would be much better if you provided standardized "recipes" or mixing guides. Even if the information exists somewhere, having to spend so much time and effort searching for it was frustrating, and I clearly ended up with a sub-optimal mix. Finding Precision Hydration has changed my race performance, recovery and enjoyment! Hydration articles/plans advised adding in electrolyte tabs during a long run (on top of electrolyte effervescents before) which has been a great addition to my preparation! Finding Precision Hydration in some shops around the UK has also been a lovely top up but the online shop delivery is so quick and easy.

PF&H have been my go-to fuel for the past 2 years. After multiple triathlon events, the chew bars are great on the bike and the gels are the only ones that don’t upset my stomach on the run. The 90g pouches are perfect for long runs—these will keep me going for the London Marathon next week 😀

Great product, nice taste! A lot of packaging options, which is convenient. Chews are my favorite among all available non gels options on the market!
