Easy to take, no flavour fatigue, easy on the stomach

I've been very impressed so far. I followed the fuelling strategy sent by you guys at the Hastings Half Marathon & was very impressed. The caffeine gel was a great start & didn't seem to have the usual "caffeine crash" that normally hits me with to these gels. The 1500 Electrolyte drink is refreshing & a slightly neutral taste is better for more regular consumption. I have a trail marathon coming up & will be following the plan you sent me for that too. Always top service and comms. Website is easy to navigate, products always in stock and delivery is quick and personalised via a hand written message in each order. A small, but really nice touch - I use quite a few products from PH, first just to try them, but now I always use their stuff. The gels are particularly good a I a perfect consistency for getting in while running and the chews are great in the pocket on rides, small enough to carry and easy to access and eat.

The Team was great with addressing all my questions and helping figure out my hydration and fuelling strategy, from their Free Hydration plan to a 1:1 call with knowledgeable staff. I've tried OTE, SIS, High 5, STRYKR & Precision Fuel & Hydration over the years for a few different events/training. I initially bought the taster pack from PF&H and liked all the products that came. These guys are the absolute best at making your race day strategy simple and effective. After all the hard training your body deserves the best and when it comes to fuelling and hydration. Have made my long runs so much easier - not having to carry as much water has really helped. Great product - never feel dehydrated during or after runs now. The free catch up to go through your exact requirements was excellent and really helped me structure what I needed. Will be trying the gels when I train for my next marathon
