100k ultra trail runner
Very impressed with the hydration-nutrition planning information offered on the website. I have implemented this in my training for a 100k ultra trail race. I’m a larger framed runner who sweats a bit, especially training in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. I have found the hydration 1500 & 1000 products a game changer. Exactly what I was looking for
Really great product, exactly what I was looking for when doing my marathon training. Lots of electrolyte products have added things you don’t really want in them, unlike these. The whole website is great and makes the complex topic of understanding your fuelling much easier to understand. Also excellent customer service. Helping my hydration
I recently found out about Precision Hydration after finding Hugo Fry on Instagram. As someone who's always been a salty sweater, I never knew the importance of sodium and just attributed cramps to insufficient training. After doing a sweat test and confirming I'm losing a lot of sodium, I switched to Precision 1500mg sodium electrolytes and immediately felt the difference in my races. I'm sold on their electrolytes and plan to try their gels soon.
