Really difficult for me to get nutrition on board when pushing the bike without feeling sick. The only thing i have found to work is the big 60g bar. Much more convenient than the smaller blocks (which are just as good, but a faff to keep opening on the bike. Much prefer one big block! Sweat testing shows I needed the higher concentration electrolytes and these are just brilliant. Hope they will bring out additional flavours in the future just for some variuety. I wanted to try this company after hearing good things from fellow triathlon competitors. I previously used another brand on just a drink mix, but always felt a bit flat on the run, so I wanted to try gels again. Very easy on the stomach lining and can push at the same time. I purchased the starter pack and have since ordered more 30g carb gels as well as the caffeine version. Hoping they assist me in breaking the 5 hour barrier at Holkham 70.3 on July 5th 2026
