Great stuff
These are the best fuel and Hydration products I have ever used in 20 years of long distance (amateur) running.
I was particularly impressed by the flavours of the gels, PH500 tabs and the fab little chew bar. It’s like eating a Turkish delight on your run! I often find sports drinks taste pretty bad well into a run but PF&H have solved this problem.
Personally I like the gels and bars more than the carb drink. I tend to drink to thirst when running so I find it easier to get the right amount ...

The best out there
I changed to Precision as the reviews were great and the products are amazing. I’ve already PR’d on my training run and am confident for my race. I love the emails with advice and the ability to book a review with coaches when needed. It really is a superior product and fabulous service all around

Nothing but positives
Been so impressed with precision. From the fuelling plan, to the delivery the website and customer service has been brilliant. As for the products I’ve found they sit really nicely on my stomach. As someone with coeliac disease this has been really reassuring and nice to find a product that feel safe with.
