My Favorite Gel
Precision Fuel Gels give me a clean, steady energy boost with zero digestion issues. The taste is great and the texture is perfect — not too thick, not too liquid, just easy to take at race pace. They’ll be a key part of my Boston qualifying attempt in May 2026.

Precision Gels actually taste good! (And don’t feel like necessary evils anymore)
This going to sound sponsored but I’ve never been able to swallow other gel brands like GU and my first time I genuinely wanted to throw up, but Precision Fuel has probably been the first gel that actually tasted good. I’ve gave a few to my non-athlete friends and they had no complaints either. I’d have no problem recommending a gel, and taking a gel doesn’t feel like a necessary evil like it did with GUs.

Gel review
Gels are brilliant, no issues and the mild flavour really helps when you’re having a bunch of them. Same goes for the electrolytes.
