Had a fantastic experience with this company, I emailed for advice about the carb drink, the lady on the other side of my emails was so lovely and supportive, I paid for some samples to try and they were great. No particular flavour, gentle on my stomach and I felt super strong for my ultra training. I’ve just bought the big bag for the rest of my training and race day!

I have been looking for a gel for a long time that settles well in my stomach, is not too sticky/thick and is palatable during running. The neutral flavour and consistency of the 30g carb and 30g carb with caffeine do just that. They have also given me the boost required to power through my long runs during marathon training. Will definitely be stocking up again!

Products are very good for both races and training. Delivery was a bit slow but that’s probably not down to ph

Easy to take, no flavour fatigue, easy on the stomach

I've been very impressed so far. I followed the fuelling strategy sent by you guys at the Hastings Half Marathon & was very impressed. The caffeine gel was a great start & didn't seem to have the usual "caffeine crash" that normally hits me with to these gels. The 1500 Electrolyte drink is refreshing & a slightly neutral taste is better for more regular consumption. I have a trail marathon coming up & will be following the plan you sent me for that too. I've practiced using the screw top "jumbo"...

All products have worked really well for me. The biggest benefit from my perspective is how they taste and the lack of stomach issues when using. Would recommend!

Was looking for a gel with a neutral flavour that I could eat a lot of during an ultra marathon and these are perfect. Not too sweet, but still tasty enough to be able to meet my calorie needs without feeling like I’m forcing them down. The large pouches are great for convenience on long runs too. I’ve already ordered more!

Always top service and comms. Website is easy to navigate, products always in stock and delivery is quick and personalised via a hand written message in each order. A small, but really nice touch - I use quite a few products from PH, first just to try them, but now I always use their stuff. The gels are particularly good a I a perfect consistency for getting in while running and the chews are great in the pocket on rides, small enough to carry and easy to access and eat.
