Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Great products and friendly business
Have been using for Ironman training and in a number of shorter races (70.3 and standard). Have found the flavours all fine on products I’ve tried and found the calculator super helpful for coming up with a race plan. Also great customer service and the handwritten packing slips are a nice touch.

Great products and customer service
Had great customer service when I emailed with an enquiry about ingredients - very prompt response. Speedy delivery too. Products are great. I'm not a massive fan of gels but these are pretty nice and I don't get 'gel fatigue' with the flavour, which is mild but pleasant. I got mint/lemon chews so I have a variety of flavour (original chews taste the same as the gels I think) and they're great. Electrolyte capsules are a fantastic idea as I don't love the taste of electrolyte drinks. Having said...

Ultra Running
Using these electrolyte tablets has been a game changer for me. Successfully completed a 38 mile ultra, a 50k ultra and a 53 mile ultra since starting to use them. Previously I had struggled with eating and nausea on these long distances. Thanks so much. Website advice also much appreciated.

Fabulous thunderbirds
Known almost by chance, I tried their products and put them at the top of my favorites list. In addition to the excellent quality, they have a consultancy service that allows you to plan your race nutrition according to your needs, I find this very useful especially for those who are new to sport. And then the handwritten dedication in the package is priceless

After a long and time-consuming search I've found the right products
In my opinion these products are excellent and certainly something I'll be sticking with. Not the usual sickly-sweet rubbish, but easy to prepare and consume and causes me zero stomach issues. I just wish I'd tried then sooner.
