The only fuel you’ll ever need when racing
A truly wonderful company - their products have been transformative for me. The carbs in particular help fuel my races without me having to worry about GI issues, which I got with other rival brands. Can’t speak highly enough of precision fuel. I’ve even bought the cap because I am so proud of this brand.
You need these when competing in warm weather

The hype is real!
I ordered the starter kit based on my online quiz after umming and ahhing for a few weeks and I’m annoyed I didn’t bite the bullet sooner! For the first time ever, I can have gels for every workout if I need to, and don’t suffer the digestive discomfort that come with other gels. I also finally feel confident to have as much nutrition as I need to race hard over long distances, without worrying I’m going to be sick by the end of the race 🙌
The cure for flavour fatigue. Brilliant products
I’ve been using Precision Fuel & Hydration’s PH electrolytes and energy gels for my long efforts, and they do the job perfectly to keep fatigue at bay. The real game-changer is the flavour. Other brands are so sweet and overpowering that they become really tedious a few hours in. Precision completely fixed this with a mild, clean taste that is incredibly easy to get down. Have tried a number of products now! Electrolyte tabs are top quality and aid the workouts where sweat is heavy. Love the chews on bike and while running as you can get fuel in steady and often. We love the flow packs for long rides as we have guaranteed quality in a really economical pack. Just the best

PF30 / PF90 - best gels I’ve tried
I’ve used loads of different brands of gel but never got on with them as much as I do the PF30 and PF90s. I’ve used PF90 for ultras previously and don’t get flavour fatigue like I tend to with other brands and the boost they give is amazing, Starting a year of road training with 3 marathons booked in and the PF30s are my go to for long runs.
