Best solution yet!
Great product! Works great to add lost electrolytes, I notice a marked difference when I use them vs when I forget, especially when working out on the Florida heat. I appreciate that it adds only a slight amount of flavor, it’s not overwhelming like many of the other hydration options I’ve used. Just enough to taste a bit refreshing, but not off putting when exercising heavily.

Precision Hydration - good stuff!
Best rehydration/energy products I've tried - definitely do the job, giving what you need for optimal performance, as well as being more palatable than others. Nice people to deal with too, and delivery's very efficient.

Fuel to keep you going!

1500 & 1000 product
Having been medically withdrawn from the 2021 Dragoons Back race due to dehydration and heat stroke I decided I needed to know more about hydration and sodium loss I had a sweat test and started to use the PH 1500 & 1000 and there was an immediate improvement in my racing and performance.

Hydration Tablets
I use either the 250, 500 or 1500 tablets daily depending on my activity and level of excursion. I feel these products have really helped me stay hydrated, reduce cramping and generally perform better, whether in the gym or racing motorcycles professionally.

Favourite hydration product for triathlon and freediving
I have always struggled to find a hydration product that doesn’t taste awful or too sweet and still works. Very happy with the products and the fact that I can separate hydration and nutrition or if I don’t have time to eat mix a bottle with some sugar as well. I actually really like the flavour, too. Haven’t done anything long distance yet but so far using the hydration tablets for my triathlon training and the carb mix and chews on longer or more intense rides. Also great to have in your water...

Best product if you looking for great performance
Very much Athlet oriented with not only great products but also with lots of additional benefits and information (sweat test / newsletters etc) very much customer friendly with the personal touch in each oder I do.
