All round game changers
I have used various gels/fuels and hydration boosters over the last 8yrs of running and nothing has the longevity that these P.H products have. The neutral flavours leave no flavour fatigue or flavour sickness on long runs. They are neutral and easy on the pallet. I have come to incorporate there PH250 as a daily supplement as I have an active occupation and feel the benefits of it on rest days reducing muscle fatigue/cramping. Best gels on the market
The gels are fantastic. Texture and taste is very palatable. Wrappers are easily the best out there, so great that the rip off tab stays attached.

Switched to PH and Happy.
I found the Precision hydration web site easy to use. I had my sweat tested so know my sodium loss which was fairly cheap and easy to do. I have been using the hydration tablets and chews for the last year and have got on well with them. No stomach issues and I like the fact that the hydration tablets do not have any artificial sweeteners in them.
