Liam began his trail career in high school at 9,600 feet in Summit County, Colorado. Now based in Portland, Oregon, he competes across track, road, and trail while striving to embody the lifestyle of an everything-runner.
A sub-4 miler and multiple-time Team USA athlete, Liam was drawn to Precision Fuel & Hydration during TrailCon for its thoughtful approach to fueling and unique event execution. He's relied on Precision gels and drink mix in training and racing ever since.
Off the run, Liam is a freelance creative director, coach, and event entrepreneur.
