Dougal has amassed a long list of international podiums across many formats of endurance racing, including IRONMAN, multisport, adventure racing and mountain biking formats.

He has an honours degree in Physical Education (University of Otago in New Zealand) and founded DA Endurance coaching in 2015.

As a heavy and salty sweater, Dougal credits Precision Fuel & Hydration, and particularly the PH 1500 formula, in helping him better manage hydration, fatigue and cramping over multidiscipline and often multi-day endurance events.

When Dougal isn’t training and racing he is usually found working with the stable of endurance athletes he coaches and spending time with his wife Amy and their children Flynn and Matilda.
