Grace is a former collegiate swimmer turned professional triathlete who started racing pro in 2020. She specialises in middle-distance events, with a focus on IRONMAN 70.3® and T100 racing. Her 2025 season was a breakout year, highlighted by five podium finishes, including victories at St. Anthony’s Triathlon and IRONMAN 70.3® Chattanooga.
Along with racing, Grace holds a Master’s degree in Health & Exercise Science. Through her coaching business, Tri with Grace, she works with triathletes of all levels, combining academic knowledge with firsthand professional racing experience to help athletes reach their goals.
