The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Know your nutrition
Precision cares more that you have the right product for your training rather than trying to tell as many gels as they can. They want you to know what your body needs to perform at its best and they help you get to your goals.

game changer ... The best product ever
I have struggled for years with cramping as a triathlete. In January of 2025 I switched to Precision for nutrition and it changed everything for me . I qualified for world championships in Kona , finishing second in my category at the Lake Placid Ironman, no cramping whatsoever.

Best gels i’ve found!
Like the original i.e no flavour of the gels. Much easier to take and the larger sachets make it easier on long runs. I am a heavy sweater so the 1500 electrolytes work really well for me. Have tried other brands of both and have come back to these

Highly recommend these gels
I have had problems with energy gels in the past. I found them to sit heavily on my stomach. Precision gels are very different. They go down very well, have a very tasty flavour and give me a boost just when I need it.
