The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Great fueling products

Great product!
I’m not a supersonic runner, or someone who is out to beat my PB every week, but as someone who likes a long run these have been brilliant. They taste subtle, the gel isn’t too thick or syrupy and they definitely work. My physio recommended them and I would absolutely recommend them too!

Good gels
Good product tastes nice for what it is. The non caffeinated one is better than the caffeinated in terms of flavour but overall not bad at all. So far I have used these for a half marathon, 70.3 tri and marathon too all with good results. A nice company to deal with too. Good updates of the shipping and delivery. Nutrition planner is really useful too. Also a nice sticker for the gear bag as a bonus.
