Great products tailorable to your needs
As a SUPER heavy sweater and high performance athlete, PFH has leveled up my fueling and my performance. The serving sizes make it easy to meet my numbers using multiple combinations of their products while allowing me to push my limits. Highly recommend. Love their chews and 1500 ph electrolytes
Excellent products
Precision F&H offers a 30-minute video call with a professional runner who gives excellent advice based on your running style. It was very useful, and they stayed available afterward to answer further questions. As for the products, I have trouble digesting gels, but the PH30 are easy to swallow and digest, and the electrolytes work well during my long runs. Great products and excellent customer service
Great taste, smooth on guts
I really like the taste of those products. Not too sweet like so many brands. Also, very smooth on the guts. Resonable price aswell.
Great preformance aiding products
Excellent products definatley gave me a better performance by overcoming calf cramps which I was getting during races.
Newbie to the tri world
I love these products. I am new to the tri world. Tried a few other gels in the past but they were extremely sticky and hard to consume. The consistency of these are awesome. I punish the carb mix during long workouts. So convenient drinking your electrolytes with carbs. The 1500s absolutely help with cramping also. Absolute Legends. Cheers

Convenient Tasty Fuel/Hydration
Relatively new to "Sport" nutrition having relied on drinking coffee and eating flapjacks up to now :) As a 70 year old sprint triathlete it is very convenient to have a measured pre-race (electrolyte, carb and caffeine) amount of input in a handy measured packages. Never had any adverse gastro effects and like the flavours. I have to put the chews out of reach if feeling peckish as they make a tempting tasty treat.
Love these gels and hydration tablets
After searching and testing many different hydration tablets and gels these really do hit the spot. Gels easy to carry and easy to digest on the stomach whilst on a run or before. Hydration tablets dissolve easy taste is great. Couldn't recommend these enough. Will also be looking at the range for marathon training.
Pleasantly surprised
The order process was straight forward and delivery quick. The products are amazing. I have a sensitive tummy but these have agreed with me. I particularly love the chews. Not too sweat and also soft. Was pleasantly surprised. Your capsules are a game changer in my book
Great product from great people.
Been running about 7 years now, have tried many products in that time to find what works best for me. Thought I had it dialed it in, and then I saw Rachel Entrekin win Cocodona 250. And I wanted to try what she used. Game changer for me. Loved how they 90g gel had a cap and was resealable. Was not hard to swallow, tasted good, and was 3 servings per pouch. Perfect all around. The electrolyte tabs again were easy to swallow and I started feeling less aches and pains in my legs during and post workout and races. And the tabs were just a cherry on top, easy to top off everything prior to races and heavy workouts. Glad I gave them a try cause now I do feel dialed in. They are very helpful and always answer in a very timely fashion when you have questions. Highly recommended.
