Game changer!!
I’ve been doing IM and IM70.3 for 18 years. Just this spring dialed in my nutrition plan -thanks to the plan provided by PH and tweaked by my coach. I just completed IM70.3 WC and felt the strongest throughout in all 3 disciplines. I FINALLY have figured out nutrition!!! Totally owe my strong race to my coach AND Precision Hydration!
