SweatSalts are for serious athletes who need to keep on top of their hydration when sweating heavily.
Each capsule provides the key electrolytes lost in sweat and the buffered formula helps fluid absorption whilst staying easy on the stomach. The blister packed capsules are convenient to carry with you whilst you're training and competing.
General recommendation: Take 1-2 SweatSalt capsules per hour with water during intense exercise. During more extreme activity, or if it's very hot, a higher dosage may be required for athletes with high sweat/sodium losses. We do not recommend taking more than 10 capsules per day.
