Excellent guidance for the novice
As a complete novice in nutrition and hydration, I found the online tools useful to work out what my requirements might be. This was based on the training I was doing, and the race I had entered. My initial purchase was the sample pack which was useful. I intend to run some longer distances, so will be coming back to buy more. I love the product, but would like to be able to receive my order faster.

I moved from Maurten to Precision Fuel
I've always used Maurten gels and my issue with it was the texture. It was too thick and it was difficult to swallow. What I liked about precision fuel is that is slightly more liquid, what makes it easier to take during my runs.
