Electrolyte Capsules

Purchased a sample pack, as a heavy sweater with high sodium loss I found that the 1500 tabs and pouches were a godsend on long rides. I really enjoyed the basic flavour of the gels as well, and felt well fuelled while doing hard efforts and long rides.

My overall experience with PF&H is top notch. From high quality products that actually work and actually have a neutral taste that I can stomach four hours into a run is amazing, to the free consultations which have really made the biggest difference. The educators on staff are excellent! I went from dying after two hours on the trail to feeling great after a road marathon. Next challenge is 50K trail run, but I feel confident with my hydration and fueling plan.

Fantastic products and great customer service. Love the neutral flavours. Chews are particularly good and the flow gel works really well. No flavour fatigue so far. Sodium tablets allow me to just drink water, which works well for events where you pick up fresh bottles at aid stations as you don't have to worry about Thier products disagreeing with you as you just pick up the water.

Using the PH1500 pre and post race has been a great to ensure I’m fully hydrated. During races the Electrolyte Capsules are an easy way to keep on top of my electrolytes, particularly in hot climates

I started with SIS gels - with significant GI distress. Then progressed to Mountain Fuels - with much less GI distress but still not brilliant. Since my coach asked me try these it's been so much better. No GI distress at all and managing to comfortably maintain 60g of carbs an hour.

Best tasting products out there for long runs and cycles

All are clearly marked and directions of use are easy to understand. Customer service is great, online fuel plan is easy to use and works well.

Used to suffer with cramps, but following the P&H fuelling guide, completed IM Copenhagen last year without any issues! Roll on this year, and I'll certainly be using their gels and electrolyte mixes again!
