Great stuff
These are the best fuel and Hydration products I have ever used in 20 years of long distance (amateur) running.
I was particularly impressed by the flavours of the gels, PH500 tabs and the fab little chew bar. It’s like eating a Turkish delight on your run! I often find sports drinks taste pretty bad well into a run but PF&H have solved this problem.
Personally I like the gels and bars more than the carb drink. I tend to drink to thirst when running so I find it easier to get the right amount ...

Quality Fuel for Training and Raceday

Achieving my goals!
I've only just started using Precision Hydrations 250 Sodium Capsules and the Flow Gel, however both have helped on long runs and cycles, would recommend to anyone, and the helpful website and quick delivery is a big tick too!

Best gels on the market
Really great products. Gels easy to go consume over long runs, digest well and have a great neutral flavour. Salt tablets easy to carry and handy to have for longer distances. 10/10.

Good products and service
Very efficient delivery and excellent post purchase support.
Electrolyte capsules are a great solution when only able to hydrate with water.
PH1000 tablets and gels are an excellent flavour and consistency which make consumption during exercise much easier than other synthetic tasting products from other brands.
