Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Great product!
I’m not a supersonic runner, or someone who is out to beat my PB every week, but as someone who likes a long run these have been brilliant. They taste subtle, the gel isn’t too thick or syrupy and they definitely work. My physio recommended them and I would absolutely recommend them too!

Amazing!
I’ve been out of the endurance world for close to 15 years and have decided to try and get back in with an ultra marathon this year. My experiences as a amateur athlete with Precision Hydration
As an amateur athlete I was aware that fueling in some capacity was necessary to get me through a marathon distance race. However, my past attempts were haphazard and didn't result in the performances I wanted. I then stumbled upon Precision hydration and saw that they offered a free online consultation. Number 1 go to for fuelling
Started off with trying out a personalised fuelling pack and straight away everything in the pack was just what I needed. No stomach issues with the gels and as a very sweaty person the 1000/1500 tablets have kept me fully hydrated and away from any cramps! I have tried so many gels and brands but PH&F will be my number 1 go to for all my training and London Marathon in April!

Great gels and electrolytes
Using a little mix of precision hydration range after a recommendation from friend. Have to say this is the first time I’ve come across gels that work well, taste well and leave my stomach feeling a1 during runs. Also using the electrolyte tables which have also gone down great and don’t just feel full of sugar. Highly recommend anyone out there to give them a go!
