Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Good
Products that have tasted great, been convenient to carry on runs and have not caused any stomach upset. Thoroughly recommend experimenting with these. They will be coming with me through my current marathon block and onto the marathon.

Sweat? No sweat!
Took part in my first ultra marathon in September last year. Upon hitting a brick wall my fellow runner gave me a capsule and back to life I came! I ensured I purchased my own for my latest ultra which was in May and I swear by this product to keep me going! Next ultra is coming up and I’ve stocked up again. Great product, highly recommend

Overall Greatness
Every product I’ve had from Precision is great, quality, taste, performance, everything just hits the mark. I used to try different gels all the time but once I had these I haven’t purchased any other products. The slightly sweet flavor is perfect and never gets old. Have never had GI issues with their products as well.

Best fueling and hydration products by a mile
Just completed my third Unbound Gravel 200 in record time. Switching to Precision Hydration and Fueling was a game changer for me. I’ve tried almost everything and these are the most customizable and effective products I’ve ever used. Easy on the stomach. Palatable. Effective. I love these products!

Great products!! My go-to fuel and hydration now
Have used various products on long runs. Love the flavour - it’s subtle enough so as not to get flavour fatigue but flavoured enough to know you’re taking fuel/hydration onboard. The electrolyte capsules are genius!! Just wish I’d discovered PF&H earlier!!

Great, easy to carry.
I underhydrate with flavoured electrolyte drinks so these capsules are great. I drink more plain water and can easily slip these capsules in my running vest to take as needed.

Just do it.
I used precision hydration first in 2023 for the Dragon Ride. It got me through it! No cramps and didn’t run out of energy. I did the shorter version of the Dragon Ride in 2024, didn’t use PH, figured I’d rely on the ‘free bees’ on my way round. Big mistake. I was in a right pickle at the finish line. Sure other factors probably didn’t help but for this years Dragon I’ve gone back to PH, nuff said.

First time and now a second time buyer
So back for a second order of the gels and chew bars. Been using them for the last two weeks to build my carb intake up while running. I have to say so far so good as I haven’t come back from a run and my stomach not feeling like p@@. I had the 20 minute free chat when I started and got a few tips which I’ve been trying to do.
