Electrolyte Capsules
Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you're relying on water from feed stations at events, if mixing up drinks during your longer activities isn't practical, or if you prefer plain water to even the mildest of sports drinks. They're also useful for topping up the electrolyte content of other drinks. 15 capsules per box, 250mg of sodium per capsule. Swallow with water.

Gel review
Gels are brilliant, no issues and the mild flavour really helps when you’re having a bunch of them. Same goes for the electrolytes.

Finally found something!
Just what I was looking for. The minimal neutral taste of the gels are perfect. The 30s tear so the tab stays on which reduces waste. The Caffeine has a slight more flavor. The 90 pouches are perfect with their screw cap and allows you to easily squeeze the gel out and put away until you need another squeeze from it. 1 pouches is 3 smaller ones. Add the electrolyte pills for sodium when needed and you’re set. These are my new go to!

First marathon timer experience
I followed your advice to the letter for my first marathon. I also trained the last few weeks of my block with your products. In summary I love the 90gr gels. I love how easy they are to consume and no stick fingers, also super convenient. Wish I could do the same with the caffeine ones as I ended up consuming 3 in total. I tried your gel pouch to decant a few gels but didn’t work for me, the screw top is much better option. Anyway, I am now buying your products for my next marathon

Great product to aid recovery and performance during workouts and sessions

Best fuel for marathons
