The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Gel and Carb Mix Review
Gels have a great texture and consistency, which have resulted in 0 gut issues during training. The carb + electrolyte mix has good flavors and has helped fuel workouts, though it is expensive for the size. Overall I have been very pleased with the products and I am excited to have access to them at Ironman branded races in 2026.

Excellent gels and chews for long training runs
Excellent website gives good information about the products available. Delivery was fast with good communication throughout. In terms of the product I have used the gels and chews while training for the Centurion Thames Path 100 in May. The gels and chews taste good and are stomach friendly! I have been very impressed with both products and have reordered following my initial order.

Electrolytes and gels
Ive used the gels and electrolytes for the first time and they have helped my training massively. It also helps both products actually taste nice and help with performance as that is rare to have both . I’ve just ordered some more !

Amazing!
I’ve been out of the endurance world for close to 15 years and have decided to try and get back in with an ultra marathon this year. The online calculator to see what exactly my requirements were an hour is fantastic, as it the simple pack; I added some chews on for variety.
