The texture is designed to reduce stickiness in the mouth and minimise the need to wash them down with fluid immediately.

Great all rounder
I decided to try Precision for all my fuelling since it is what’s provided on course during Ironman WA. Cannot fault any of the products I’ve tried. They taste great and digest well with me and I plan to continue to use them to support my training/racing.

First experience with Precision Hydration Products
Super happy with all 3 items I bought. Mixed the 1500 Electolyte packets with the Carb mix and used it for multiple long indoor Zwift training sessions. Just what I was hoping for. Used the gels during several long runs and would also recommend them too. If you’re sitting on the fence, give it a try.

Great products for running
Personally I believe these to be the best products on the market for running long distances. I’ve tried them all over the years and this is the first company I have stuck with . Great products that do what they say on the tin ( give them the Ronseal approval)

Great Products, Great Support - Highly recommend!
I first started using Precision Hydration products when I purchased some gels at my local running store. The first thing I noticed after I took one on a run was it's consistency. I was able to take it easily because it wasn't thick and gooey. My stomach was able to tolerate it after multiple gels and it gave me good energy. I like that it comes in both caffeinated and non-caffeinated versions, as I use both on long runs. The taste is very mild so I don't get flavor fatigue.

Excellent taste and performance!
I’m training for my second Ironman, this coming May, and I ordered the starter pack to give Precision Hydration a try. I have been blown away by how good everything tastes and how I’ve been feeling, especially on the longer training days. I’m really looking forward to seeing how everything plays out on race day. I’ve always struggled with nutrition, and I appreciated how easy it was to get a plan online from them!

The best gels ever! I struggled so much with finding a gel that not only worked but didn’t make me feel sick or upset my tummy. These gels are so easy to take!!
