Amazing products. I havent had any stomach issues using them during my long runs. Great formula, neutral taste, I would recommend these over any of your average gels on the market.

Simply the best hydration product out there. I am an Ironman triathlete, am a very heavy sweater and live in Singapore where the temperature is always 27-32c with very high humidity. Without PH, I'm not sure how I would be able to complete the training I do.

I am fairly new to planning fuel and hydration for my workouts, but have recently signed up for a Marathon so decided to give this a go. I read good things on line about PH and have not been disappointed. I have really found the benefit on my longer runs and more intense workouts.
