Pro Marathon Runner
Tom is a British distance runner focusing on the half-marathon and marathon distances. Originally from the Yorkshire Dales, he now lives and trains in Seattle. Having represented Great Britain on the track, Tom is aiming to compete at the highest level on the roads at Championships and World Marathon Majors.
Tom started using PF&H in 2022 through the ambassador program. He relies on the electrolyte drink mix and gels for races, as well as PH 1000 electrolyte tablets for training and pre-loading.
