Emma Pallant-Browne

Multiple IRONMAN® 70.3® Champion

A multiple IRONMAN® 70.3® champion, Emma comes from a professional running background and discovered triathlon while recovering from knee surgery.

She splits her time between Johanesburg and London nowadays and her main goals are to get back on the IM 70.3® World Championship podium and win another World Duathlon title.

Emma first discovered Precision Fuel & Hydration when she was searching for a solution to an issue that saw her pass out during races. She discovered that she had a very high sweat rate and PF&H has helped her refine her hydration strategy for training and races.

Emma studied as a physiotherapist and still has a keen interest in rehab through her work with the athletes she coaches.

An interesting fact about Emma is her brother is a professional ballet dancer.

Knowing how much sodium I need to replace when I race makes it easier for me to stay hydrated and produce my best performance.
