Fenella Langridge
Multiple IRONMAN® 70.3® Winner
Fenella is a pro British athlete racing middle and long distance triathlons. She’s a multiple 70.3® champion and has finished in the top-10 of the IRONMAN® World Championships twice.
During her first 4 years as a professional triathlete, she finished on 13 podiums in her 18 races, and she's continued to excel at the highest level, winning her maiden IRONMAN® race in Western Australia in 2023.
Fenella is an above-average salty sweater and so she uses PH 1000 and PH 1500 in races, depending on the circumstance and the weather.
Outside of triathlon, she loves cooking and being creative.

Fenella's Top Tips
- I always make sure I’m starting races properly hydrated by preloading with PH 1500
- I always train with my race fuel as it’s vital to prepare your gut for what it will experience on race day
- Make you're on top of your hydration needs in hot conditions
