Henry has been the reigning best male triathlete in Estonia since 2019. Up until 2024, Henry focused on short distance triathlon with a goal of reaching to the Paris 2024 Olympics. Henry had his first real shot at the middle distance in 2024 at Challenge Turku. Having led the race for 3.5 hours, he finished just 11 seconds behind World Champion Gustav Iden.

2025 was Henry’s first season focusing on middle distance triathlons. He had breakthrough performances in all major race series:

  • 2nd at Challenge Championships
  • Win at home IRONMAN 70.3® in Tallinn (+ two 3rd finishes in other IRONMAN 70.3s®)
  • 5th at T100 Wollongong with a wildcard invite to the T100 Final in Qatar.
