Gels on top
I love the gels, especially PF300, super practical for the cycling part of an IM or an ultra trail. Easy on the stomach, never had a problem. Only down is there's no sodium in it... maybe in the future 🤞🏻 ?
I also use PH1000 on a regular basis to prevent cramps or de-hydration and it does the job perfectly.

All-round good products and great advice too.
Really helpful to have guidance as to what fuel is needed for your particular training/events. Also, the neutral flavour is really nice and easy to take on when needed. I've used sports fuel from multiple manufacturers and these are absolutely among the best I've tested over the past decade or so. I'll certainly buy them again!
