Penny Slater
Pro Triathlete
Penny is an Australian long course triathlete, hailing from Canberra. Penny has achieved multiple IRONMAN® podiums and finished 7th at the World Championships in 2024.
Penny has always had a sensitive stomach racing and relies heavily on the Precision Fuel Flow Gels for her nutrition during races, and is a salty sweater so always needs some Electrolyte Capsules to top her up.
Outside of racing, Penny is completing her PhD in the Exercise Science sector and coaches other athletes to achieve their triathlon goals.
As someone who historically experienced GI distress in long distance races, discovering PF&H has elevated my fueling and performance.
