Newbie to the tri world
I love these products. I am new to the tri world. Tried a few other gels in the past but they were extremely sticky and hard to consume. The consistency of these are awesome. Taste is nice and it's super easy on the stomach for those long runs. I am a heavy sweater. So getting a balance with sodium loss / intake and carb intake is really important. I am using this product to fuel me for my 100km ultra. Great product great service great company.
