Tried the sample pack which was perfect, liked the gels and chews and so far they have done the job, the electrolyte tabs as well. The neutral taste is pleasant so you don't get sick of it on a long ride. I also found the hydration planning tool very useful to give me a reasonable idea what I am going to need for riding the south downs way both ways later this year.

Training for my FIRST marathon, I really had no idea where to start with fueling and hydration. The Fuel & Hydration Plan provided by Precision was truly a game changer! Having a personalised plan that recommended what would work best for me which then guided me towards the right products took away a lot of the anxiety around marathon preparation. I’ve struggled with gels in the past, so I was genuinely surprised by how palatable these gels were. They have a great flavour, and are easy to take during long runs without feeling overly sweet or difficult to stomach. The electrolyte capsules are convenient and easy to take, especially when I prefer to drink plain water, however I’m happy to also know that the electrolyte sachets taste great, so I’m spoilt for choice when keeping up with hydration during training. Overall, these products have completely changed my approach to fueling and hydration. They’ve made marathon training feel much more manageable and have given me confidence that I’m fuelling and hydrating properly as I prepare for race day.
