Top performance with no side effects
After many upset stomachs trying to hit my carb quota while on hard rides I scoured the internet for a better solution and have been impressed with the taste, ease if digestion and great performance improvements I've been able to achieve by deploying a combination of energy mix, gels and chews on road rides! I ran out of my first batch and tried going back to normal food and other brand gels but found my performance was flat and disappointing. There's only one place I'll be going for nutrition going forward

Never Not Sodium
Why did I order Precision Sodium again? I run trails all year round, and it turns out that a lot of races are very hot. Of course, I do heat acclimatization, but I’ve realized this year that I simply can't do without sodium. I notice that with sodium supplementation, I don't get headaches during the race and can keep pushing hard even after ten hours. Plus, I like that Precision makes it so easy to adjust the dosage. So, it’s clear to me which product works best. Thanks, Precision.

The only fuel you’ll ever need when racing
A truly wonderful company - their products have been transformative for me. The carbs in particular help fuel my races without me having to worry about GI issues, which I got with other rival brands. Can’t speak highly enough of precision fuel. I’ve even bought the cap because I am so proud of this brand.
Gels for 'no-gel' people...it works...
Let's start with the main bit...the gels. I'm not a gel person. Over the years I have developed my own concoctions (yes, Jaffa cakes with salt is a thing). As an ultra runner I have always found it manageable to make my own food and get enough energy. Training for an Ironman things got a bit tougher. Brain started to go funny, and it was impossible to get enough energy in from my own inventions. But I really hated gels...not the flavour...it's the texture. And generally not a huge fan of things that are super sweet I treaded facing the reality of going back to swallowing things that just make want to puke. Enter the Precision Gels. I heard they were gels for people who don't do gels but remained skeptical. Like...really? BUT...yes, really. Both the gels (and blocks) are very much acceptable and my stomach don't turn of the thought of having to take on more nutrition like with many other gels. Weirdly, I don't find them super sweet, the texture, being that much thicker and almost a hint of applesauce makes it fine to 'chew on' during long rides. Still wash it down with water but no belly irritation...and most importantly...no sicky feeling. The process of ordering is super easy. I like that there is a window to make any amendments (additions) to the order once it is placed and delivery has always been prompt.
Great Taste, Great Energy, Zero Stomach Issues
Precision Fuel & Hydration Review I recently started using Precision Fuel & Hydration products as part of my preparation for IRONMAN 70.3 races, and I am genuinely impressed. PH 1000 Hydration Tabs ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) The PH 1000 Hydration Tabs have been outstanding. The taste is excellent, not too sweet, and they are extremely easy on the stomach. I tested them the day before a race and again on race day. During a hot and demanding run, I felt great and had no issues dealing with the heat. For me, this product gets a perfect 10/10. Energy Chews (Watermelon & Mint) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) Both the Watermelon and Mint chews taste fantastic. They provide steady energy, are easy to consume during training, and most importantly, they are very well tolerated. No stomach discomfort at all. Great flavour, great energy, and excellent digestibility. Another 10/10 from me. Fuel 60 Drink Mix + 1000mg Sodium ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) I also tested the Fuel 60 Drink Mix with 60g carbohydrates and 1000mg sodium during long training sessions as preparation for an upcoming IRONMAN 70.3 race. The energy delivery was excellent, and I felt strong throughout the workout. Once again, my stomach handled it perfectly, which is incredibly important for endurance athletes. This product also deserves 10/10. Caffeine Gels & Sodium Capsules I have not yet tested the caffeine gels or sodium capsules, but they are already part of my race preparation kit. I plan to test them during a preparatory race on August 1st. Customer Support ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another thing that deserves special mention is the customer support. Whenever I had questions about hydration, fueling strategies, or my personal plan, I received a helpful and detailed response within 24 hours, often even sooner. That level of support is exceptional and shows how much the team cares about helping athletes succeed. One Suggestion The only thing I am currently missing is the opportunity to do a sweat test remotely. Unfortunately, I am not able to travel to a testing location. It would be fantastic if Precision Fuel & Hydration offered a home sweat testing kit that athletes could purchase, perform at home, and then send back for analysis. I think many athletes would benefit from this option. Overall Impression What stands out most to me about Precision Fuel & Hydration is how well my stomach tolerates the products. As an endurance athlete, that is one of the most important factors. Great taste, effective fueling and hydration, excellent digestive comfort, and outstanding customer support. I am absolutely delighted with everything I have tried so far and would highly recommend Precision Fuel & Hydration to any endurance athlete. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Game Changer
Before I found precision hydration I struggled to get past cramp and had no real understanding of my hydration needs. The website made it super easy to see the benefits of each product and when I used the site to mock up an event nutrition plan it went better than I could have imagined. I’ve won my last 2 long races having historically struggled in the last part of these races. Honestly couldn’t speak more highly of these supplements. Salt tabs are a game changer for me. I’ve even started giving my kids the hydration 500 tabs!
Terrific products and fantastic support
Delivery of the products ordered was prompt. The products themselves were delicious, not over powering in sweetness or flavour but just right. I found they really came in handy during longer rides.
