Brilliant base fuel source
I used the 300ml gel on the Gralloch race as a test. I knew the race would be tough, add to that I am 61 and 19 stone it was going to take a lot of energy. The handy 300ml bottle fitted in my back pocket and I could grab it and have a slug every 20 mins or so, brilliant base fuel backed up by a few fruit bars. Love it and it's now my go to base fuel for big gravel events.

Review after training for half-ironman.
I'm a big sweater, so the PF1500 has been great for me to pre-load before big sessions. What have been the game-changers though, have been the 300 Flow-Gel and the PF90. A better way of fueling for high performance on the bike and run I know not. Well done Precision Fuel and Hydration, for simply being the best out there.

Best fueling and hydration products by a mile
Just completed my third Unbound Gravel 200 in record time. Switching to Precision Hydration and Fueling was a game changer for me. These guys have been unbelievably helpful. Firstly, if you are unaware of your fueling needs, the website and the associated free nutrition planning are fantastic to help you understand your needs. Secondly, the emails I received about preparing for an endurance event in terms of hydration and fueling had many great tips. And finally, when I did email them with specific questions, the response was timely and very detailed. As to the products, I have used both the Precision Fuel plain and caf...
