It's especially useful for high intensity efforts lasting a few hours, where the delivery of a steady stream of rapidly digestible energy is typically a priority, but where it's still important to replace a proportion of your sweat losses.

Couldn't live without it now!
I've been using Precision Fuel & Hydration for a while now after stumbling across them when researching tapering. Their products have been a game changer for my performance and taste good too! Additionally, their customer service and advice has been second-to-none, especially the complimentary consultancy call to help set you on your way. I couldn't recommend the team and the products enough - I wouldn't train or compete without them now.

Precision Hydration in the CrossFit space
I found out about these products whilst studying on the Integrated Sports Nutrition course at CISN, and decided to use them with my CrossFit clients and have seen huge changes in their performance and recovery. Even seen things like headaches/migraines reduce due to the sodium/carb powder. Will definitely keep using and recommending these products.

GCN brought me here
I first heard of Precision Fuels & Hydration from a GCN video and decided to give it a try. Ordered a sample pack and it arrived promptly (within 48h). Tried the gels and carb drink mix on a few long distance rides and it absolutely provides a noticeable difference in endurance and fatigue recovery. The flavor is a mild citrus and I could eat several packets without feeling sick of the taste. I will absolutely buy from Precision again and I'll absolutely recommend the product to others.

Fuelling strategies made simple
Finding a fuelling strategy that you get on with during training and racing is really difficult for a lot of us. But with PF&H I've mastered it, chews and carb + sodium drink is the way to go for me. Super gentle on the stomach, tastes great and is so easy to get the right amount at the right time. The flow gel + flow bottle is also a game changer. They know how to please us athletes.
