The Carb & Electrolyte Drink Mix delivers 60g of carb and 1,000mg of sodium per litre, making it the simplest way to get a decent amount of fuel and electrolytes in from your bottles.
It's especially useful for high intensity efforts lasting a few hours, where the delivery of a steady stream of rapidly digestible energy is typically a priority, but where it's still important to replace a proportion of your sweat losses.

Great gels
Convenient quantity purchasing options and neat and tidy packaging. The Gels are so yummy I end up finishing them too quickly! In a perfect world it would be good if there could be a more energy dense version that takes up less volume to make carrying the gel around on the mega long training sessions a bit easier.

I had a sweat test done by PF&H and started using their products immediately afterwards. I really like the Carb with Electrolyte powder as it allows me to have everything I need in one bottle. The chews are fantastic as the flavors are nice and not too sweet.
New to Precision Hydration

Best Fuel Experience To Date
I have tried numerous brands and fuel types over the last 15+ yrs of endurance activities and the Precision products without a doubt have been the most easily consumed (not too sweet, no chemical aftertaste), clear bioavailability without a jolting caffeine hit, and comfortably digestible enough to go down during high exertion even in the heat of Texas summers. I highly recommend.
Excellent fuel for ultra training
As someone who is classified as a “salty sweater”, I tested the PH 1500 hydration tablets as well as the ISO + Carbs drink mix. I found the taste to be slightly lemony, or even quite neutral, which is very convenient for my long trail runs and my preparation for ultra-distance races. The drink is easy to take regularly without becoming too strong or overwhelming. I also tested the chews, both neutral and lemon & mint versions. They are easy to chew, with a subtle taste, especially the lemon and mint ones, which helps avoid taste fatigue during long efforts. The gels are also very neutral, even more so than Maurten in my opinion, and I had no digestion issues during trail runs of up to 60 km. I am really happy to have discovered this brand at the expo village during the Tokyo Marathon. The person at the stand convinced me to give it a try, even though I had just bought my Maurten products. I’m glad I did!
Very happy with products from precision
My cycling coach introduced me to precision products. My ability to dial in my fueling, hydration, and electrolyte depletion has vastly helped my training. Products are affordable and palatable. Will be using precision ongoing!
Best fuel and hydration plan
I loved Precision gels. I've used pre loading of electrolytes using PH1500 the night before and the morning of the race. I've done my PB in a half marathon with over 15 mins. I was very happy and I can say that because of the gels i took and PH1500. I would defenitly recommend to anyone who wants to take your races seriously or give your best
Making the Switch and Taking Nutrition Seriously
I decided to change nutrition strategy for the Ironman after a few disappointing races where I withdrew due to fatigue. I have struggled with hitting the wall because I believe the nutrition that I was taking (and training regularly with) suffered from a few drawbacks at the top end of my race. Primarily my stomach was rejecting it after a 8 or so hours or the stomach wasn't absorbing it properly anyway, after that point; even if I'd taken enough. I have made the switch based on a number of factors, not least the taste. I felt was really important to control the stomach reaction first and secondly the absorption is key to me surviving the latter stages of the race.
