Great versatile product and service

My son uses this as he has tried many products but not great on his stomach this product allows him to have electrolytes and energy in 1 drink and it's so easy on the stomach.

Wouldn't wanna go back to anything else
Since switching to PFH as my main Nutrition I have upped my Carb intake from 60g/h to 90g/h for Ultratrail races up to 20 hrs with no GI issues. Wouldn't want to go back to anything else.

Awesome products, and awesome service!
All products taste great for starters. But on top of this, and most importantly, they all sit very well in my stomach and provide and really great sustained energy boost. Would highly recommend to anyone doing any form of endurance training, or even just day to day lifestyle for the hydration tabs!

Coming back for more
I’ve been using PF&H for a month or so now whilst training for an ultra and I can happily say that I keep coming back for more. The chews are easy to carry and I can notice their impact of keeping my energy levels up even on a 4.5 hour run. The carb/electrolyte drink is a great way of getting extra fuel in when food seems a bit harder and the taste isn’t offensive or overwhelming, in fact it’s quite refreshing! Very impressed!

Products hit the mark
The 1500 and PF30 gels are spot on, easy on the GI and you can feel their effect. The PF60 is great too but has a subtle orange flavour that is offputting. Nice that it can be easily sourced in Canada, not as common a feature with so many products.

Easy on stomach, nice flavour too
Easy on the stomach, nice flavour and seems to be getting me through my training sessions.I've tried other carb/electrolyte mixes and found it harder to take more in subsequent break periods. This mix I'm able to keep drinking more at each break to keep fuelled through my long training swims, and plan to use for feed breaks during upcoming marathon swims.

Fabulous thunderbirds
Known almost by chance, I tried their products and put them at the top of my favorites list. In addition to the excellent quality, they have a consultancy service that allows you to plan your race nutrition according to your needs, I find this very useful especially for those who are new to sport. And then the handwritten dedication in the package is priceless
