My first experience was a “sweat test” with Gary in Llanelli. That session was not only helpful in terms of numbers, data and a fuel plan, but Gary’s insight and friendly advice was superb. The products thereafter have done exactly what it says on the tin and following the detailed but simple fuel plan, really does work. I could not recommend it more.

Precision is now my preferred brand for all things nutrition & hydration across all disciplines of training and racing. Trail running, long course triathlon, road running, long days on the bike; I always have precision on-board. Recently completed a 50km ultra in a 35 degree Gold Coast heatwave and luckily had a whole packet of sodium capsules along with my 1500 drinks and gels to get me through whilst maintaining a hydrated status throughout the multiple hours of effort!

As I started a new training cycle I looked at my hydration and gave precision hydration a go. I’m very pleased with the products and they have defiantly helped with performance.
