Ok, so it's not a Caramel Macchiato. (Try chugging a Caramel Macchiato in race conditions without ending up with third degree burns...)

Easy on your wallet and stomach
Great products at a great price. Ideal for anyone who doesn't like the synthetic taste you get from other brands. Easy on your stomach and very effective. Would highly recommend
New Favorite Fuel
Great experience finding the right products for me! The gels and chew bars are my new favorite fuel, they go down easy and make hitting my carb requirements a cinch.

No more headaches & finally using gels!
I’ve finally stopped getting post-run headaches thanks to these sodium tablets! As for the other products, I’ve always been hesitant about using gels or chews because it seemed too complicated. I’m taking on my first 100 miler this year and Precision Hydration has made it so easy to start using them. The online fuel planner was a great place to start, and the packets are so clearly labelled. Taste is good too as there’s no strong flavours. Will defo be using them on race day.
Solution for fussy stomach👍
I tried PHF products as I had stomach issues with a different mark in a trailrunning event and was looking for a good solution for Lavaredo 50k. I had literally no issues with phf products! The Elektrolytes ph1000 are quite mild, slightly lemony and refreshing. Gels are very neutral. My favourite is the lemon/mint chew, so refreshing and easy to take. I came through Lavaredo 50k smoothly, no stomach issues, no cramps, and always enough energy!
New to Precision Hydration
I’ve recently moved to PH products and have found them super easy to take with no stomach problems at all ! The chews are brilliant and so easy to take especially on the bike. I know what level of carbs I’m taking in and PH has made nutrition strategy much easier.

The flavor is good, not too sweet and it has a good amount of carbs. The caffeine is great for a boost to keep you focused. Great product.
Best Fuel Experience To Date
I have tried numerous brands and fuel types over the last 15+ yrs of endurance activities and the Precision products without a doubt have been the most easily consumed (not too sweet, no chemical aftertaste), clear bioavailability without a jolting caffeine hit, and comfortably digestible enough to go down during high exertion even in the heat of Texas summers. I highly recommend.
The most gut friendly gels!
These gels are excellent and very easy on the gut! I have never had any GI issues with them and being able to consume 180g of carb, with no adverse effects, was key in executing a 2:36 marathon for me last year.
