Finally some gels that work for me
I’ve never really used fuel much in my training but since upping my volume and entering myself into an ultra marathon I decided it was time to up my game.
I’ve always struggled with gels when I have tried them before and felt like they didn’t sit too well so I ordered the taster box from precision to give me a chance to try both the gels, chews and the carb/ electrolyte drink mix.

Great products would buy again
Used precision hydration for prep and fuelling to do the Welsh 3000s challenge. Don’t think I’d have been able to do it without them! The online plan provided was very helpful, taste great and felt that they kept me well fuelled and hydrated.

PFH Is A Difference Maker
I have been experimenting with nutrition sources and fueling strategies for an upcoming race. Thought I would try PFH and it has not disappointed. After my first order I did the 1/1 video call consult which was extremely beneficial and informative. I’ve used the product on one long run and on some shorter runs in hotter temps and have noticed a marked improvement in how I feel and with my tolerance for higher carb intake.

My go to fuel and hydration for any endurance training and racing
Love love love the products. The carb mix is subtly flavoured and having sodium in as well helps as one less thing to think about! The chews are great, super tasty and easy to chew and swallow whilst working HARD. The gels are a really smooth consistency, light flavour and since using PF&H products I’ve had zero stomach issues when racing and I’ve tried almost every product on the market! Give them a try - you won’t regret!
