Happy Muscles = Happy Runner!
I started fueling with Precision Fuel in January of 2026. When I did Marin Ultra Challenge in March of 2026 I used the PF 90, PF 30 and PF 30 with 100 mg of caffeine. I feel it’s a big reason why I did so well I my first 50k in three years. I continued to use them in training and in my other races. Cool Moon 50 Miles in June and SPASM 50k in August. I first tried the chews when a friend offered one to me. I really enjoyed them. Yesterday during a trail run I tried the PF 60. It had a mint flavor and was so tasty towards the end of my run! If you fuel well your muscles perform and your mind follows. Fueling your muscles well improves performance and your brain. All together it means you’re one happy runner. I’m looking forward to my final ultra of 2026 next month, Ruth Anderson. I’ll be stocked up on my favorite Precision Fuel supplements.
Great products tailorable to your needs

Fueled my best half marathon
I used Precision gels, chews and electrolyte tabs for a half marathon today, and I think it’s the best half I’ve ever run! The fuel went down so easily (no tummy issues) and I felt strong enough to push at the end. Will definitely be using the same combination again!
Watermelon 30 carb Chew
I’ve been using the 30g Carb Chews in Watermelon while training for my upcoming Half Ironman, and I absolutely love them. I mainly use them to refuel during longer bike rides, but I’ve also found them really useful while I’m away at work. I work 12-hour shifts outdoors in the Pilbara, so before heading to the gym after a long, hot day, I’ll have one or two chews. I genuinely notice the difference — I feel like I have more energy, feel stronger during my session and can get more out of my training. Taste-wise, these are easily my favourite chews I’ve tried. I’ve used energy chews from other brands before and after a few events you can really start to get sick of them. These are completely different. I would genuinely eat them as a lolly because they taste that good! Interestingly, I think the Watermelon flavour actually tastes a bit like Turkish delight. With the cube shape and the light non-stick powder coating on the outside, the whole texture and experience reminds me of eating Turkish delight — which I love. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the packaging. It can be quite difficult to open while riding when you’ve only got one hand available. I usually work around this by opening a few packets beforehand and putting the chews into a zip-lock bag that I can easily access on my bike or from the pockets of my tri suit. My other suggestion would be around price. As someone using these regularly throughout training, the cost can add up. A slightly lower price or even a loyalty program offering discounts to returning customers would be a great addition. Overall, I’m a big fan. They taste more like a treat than sports nutrition, they’re easy to eat even when I’m tired, and most importantly, I actually notice the difference in my energy and training when I use them. The Watermelon flavour will definitely be staying in my Half Ironman training kit!
Best running snacks
I love the chews, they genuinely made my runs more enjoyable as I have something to look forward to. Flavours are delicious, the lemon is my favourite really but they are all good. Really easy to eat while running, you don’t need to drink water afterwards to make it go down easier either. 10/10 for sure. I’ll keep buying these. I’ve been going for the 30g of carb as I’d rather eat twice an hour during the long runs but I just ordered the 60g too to see how they are. I’ve noticed a difference in my performance too since starting taking these, I used to struggle with the long runs but my pace became pretty consistent on runs up to 32k so far. I got the electrolytes too, the 500. They are nice. I struggle with any flavoured water so I’m not super excised about this, but they are good as well.
Game changer
Ive recently started using the precision fuel and hydration products and they have been an absolute game changer. There online support is second to none. The chews are my absolute favourite. Thanks guys for all your support keep up the amazing work.
