Best Nutrition there is!
I find it hard to find quality nutrition when doing hard workouts. PH has figured it out! My stomach feels good and I can workout harder and longer without bonking or feeling sluggish!

Significantly improved recovery from fueling hard workouts.

Best gels i’ve found!
Like the original i.e no flavour of the gels. Much easier to take and the larger sachets make it easier on long runs. I am a heavy sweater so the 1500 electrolytes work really well for me. Have tried other brands of both and have come back to these

Simply The Best
In around 25 years of gel consumption for long runs, I only discovered these last year. I find them simply the best in terms of enjoyment and ease of getting down in the latter parts of an ultra. The 90g format is particularly convenient, being very easy to slurp and reseal compared to ripping gel packs and fewer attempts to remove the final 20% of the contents from the packaging ! Have made bulk orders twice, both dispatched immediately and delivered promptly.

Gamechanger
A triple sized gel with a resealable lid is something I didn't even realise I needing in my life! Obviously no good for those medium/long runs where a normal 30g gel would suffice, but for those big long marathon sessions these are PERFECT! Taste great and actually work. Bought my second box of 10 just recently.

Best gel on the market
The 90g and 300g gel is one the easiest to digest and best tasting gel, great for all day adventure/racing. It’s my go to race fuel.
