Avoid the bonk!
Excellent products and have really helped on the long endurance sessions. I especially like 1500 as I’m a heavy sweater and it helps mitigate that dehydration bonk!

Electrolyte sachets used for swimrun
I was doing a swimrun event in the heat and used the electrolyte sachets pre, during and post event in conjunction with fuelling advice from the team at Presicion Hydration.
The sachets mix well with water, do not leave an aftertaste and thanks to the advice I had, at no point during my race did I feel dehydrated. The soft flasks are easy to clean and use.

It just works
Purchase and shipping was straightforward. Taste of the 1000 tabs and the Caf gel is great, and I feel good using them. The tabs are pretty effervescent, which I like but I'm sure could bother some people. I would also prefer actual sugar to artificial sweetener, but I guess that would make it a different product then. Either way, mission accomplished!
