I’ve been using Precision Fuel & Hydration’s PH electrolytes and energy gels for my long efforts, and they do the job perfectly to keep fatigue at bay. The real game-changer is the flavour. Convenient and effective

Great for Ironman Training and Racing
I started using a combo of the gels, the drink and the electrolyte tabs for my long Ironman training rides. I really enjoy the taste and I have had no issues at all moving from 40-80 g/ hour and will use them for my race. Highly recommend.

I needed a way to carb up as I trained for my first ever marathon (aged 66!!!). A friend told me about Precision, I completed the initial test and received a pack of nutrition which i used and it was great. So, i ordered some more and i expect that this will see me through to the August Marathon.

Finally able to fuel properly
Historically, I have chronically under-fueled my training because I hated the taste and quality of sports nutrition. PF&H has completely changed that. I can take it in and digest it without issues, and I feel good about what I'm putting in my body. The customer service and communications have also been excellent.
Transformed my training
